At The Big Bang Store, we want you to look and feel your best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all fashion items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
